License Terms

1. Subject of the License

The provider makes the software available to the customer for use in accordance with these license terms.
The software is a digital product that is provided electronically after purchase.

2. Grant of Rights of Use

The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and time-limited license to use the software in accordance with the booked plan.

Unless otherwise stated, the following applies:

* Use on the number of websites / installations specified in the product description
* Use exclusively for the customer’s own purposes (private or commercial)
* No transfer of the software or the license key to third parties

3. License Models and Term

Depending on the selected plan, one of the following models applies:

* Time-limited license (subscription):
The license is valid for the duration of the active term and is automatically renewed according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in due time.

* Time-limited update and support period:
After the expiration of the license period, the software may continue to be used, but without entitlement to updates or support, provided this is specified in the product description.

The description on the sales page shall always be decisive.

4. Updates and Further Development

The provider is entitled to further develop, modify, or adapt the software.
There is no entitlement to specific features, further developments, or compatibility with future versions of third-party software (e.g. WordPress, themes, plugins).

5. Support

Support is provided exclusively within the scope of the respective booked plan and only for the currently supported versions of the software.
There is no entitlement to individual customization, setup, or training support unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Prohibited Use

In particular, it is prohibited to:

* reproduce, sell, rent, or lend the software
* decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software or parts thereof
* circumvent or manipulate license mechanisms
* present the software as one’s own service or redistribute it

7. Liability

The software is provided “as is”.
The provider does not guarantee that the software is error-free or suitable for a specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Liability for data loss, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As this concerns digital content, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the download or use, provided that the customer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires.
Processing is carried out via the payment provider Digistore24.

9. Contract Processing

Sales, payment processing, and invoicing are carried out via the reseller Digistore24.
The contractual terms of Digistore24 shall apply additionally.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Should any provision of these license terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
